1.本科及以上学历，影视制作、摄影摄像、动画、数字媒体等相关专业优先，具备 3-5 年视频拍摄与后期剪辑经验。 2.过硬的专业技能：熟练使用各类专业摄影摄像器材（单反、微单、电影机及灯光设备等）；精通 Premiere、Final Cut Pro、DaVinci 等剪辑软件，熟练掌握 After Effects、Photoshop 等后期包装工具。 3.优秀的视听审美：对画面构图、色彩搭配、镜头运动及音乐节奏有极高的敏感度，具备扎实的视听语言功底。有高质量的品牌宣传片、纪录片或中长视频作品集。 4.良好的沟通协作能力：作为执行核心，能准确理解策划意图，并在拍摄现场和后期制作中保持高效沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神。 5.抗压与适应能力：能适应快节奏的工作环境，具备较强的问题解决能力。
