1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业背景优先； 2.熟悉机器学习、深度学习基础理论，了解推荐/搜索/广告领域常见算法方向（如召回、精排、重排等）； 3.熟悉主流AI工具库等，至少一种深度学习框架，有模型构建和调参经验； 4.熟悉SQL，了解大数据处理平台；掌握Python/Java中至少一门编程语言； 5.自驱力强，乐于学习，对算法落地有热情，能适应快节奏的互联网工作环境； 6.每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月以上。
