1. 针对拓竹业务在不同地区的合规政策，包括隐私政策、业务合规等，与内外部关键合作方一起，结合当前业务阶段和业务场景，设计业务友好的技术解决方案，并推动落地实施； 2. 与法务及合规团队协作，深入合规要求的讨论及规则制定，参与整体合规框架的设计，建立完善的合规风险响应及管理机制； 3. 深入拓竹业务域，与产品及业务侧关键合作方紧密协作，准确识别业务中的合规风险，并给出专业的技术判断，持续提升业务合规性，降低违规风险； 4. 深入理解研发团队技术设计，包括但不限于技术架构、数据架构等，能够参与并主导大型合规技术改造项目，在关键技术选型中，给出合规独立判断/评估； 5. 参与公司合规系统的研发，具备独立负责相关系统的规划、设计、实施和落地的能力。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上隐私保护/数据合规相关经验，具备互联网业务合规、隐私合规相关工作经验的技术人员，团队管理经验是加分项； 2. 能够独立承担解决方案或技术架构师角色，完成项目技术评估及项目实施； 3. 熟悉电商/社区/论坛等合规、隐私保护、数据安全等相关标准和流程等； 4. 拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，良好沟通推动能力，出色的学习能力，认真负责，有强烈的安全意识和责任意识。
