1. 全盘统筹服务运营体系建设与管理，制定中长期目标，对服务效率、客户满意度、服务成本等核心指标全面负责，支撑全球化业务发展。 2. 搭建并管理全球服务运营团队，统筹团队目标达成，打造高效协作的团队氛围，为区域和一线团队提供稳健支撑。 3. 统筹服务全流程标准化建设与迭代，主导服务相关系统优化落地，解决运营及系统卡点，构建高效可复制的服务运营体系。 4. 牵头跨部门协同，依据VOC分析，推动批量售后问题及客户诉求解决，从根源提升服务质量与产品体验。 5. 建立服务运营指标体系，负责数据监控、分析与复盘，预判风险、优化策略，平衡服务成本、效率与客户满意度。 6. 对标行业标杆，结合3D打印行业特性与海外布局，创新服务模式，定义服务产品，打造标杆级服务体验。 7. 熟悉SAP相关模块（CS/SD/MM），了解售后业务流程与系统实现逻辑，有SAP流程设计或项目参与经验者优先。

1. 5年以上服务运营管理经验，3年以上团队管理经验，智能硬件/消费电子等相关行业经验优先。 2. 精通服务流程标准化、服务系统搭建与优化，具备扎实的服务运营专业能力，熟悉服务全链路管理逻辑。 3. 具备优秀的跨部门协同、统筹决策及问题解决能力，能高效推动战略落地与团队管理。 4. 具备全球化服务视野，对行业服务趋势敏感，有服务模式创新及应急管理经验，责任心强、抗压性强。 5. 英语听说读写良好，能支撑海外服务运营管理相关工作者优先。
