1.根据产品应用需求，完成嵌入式系统功能的设计与开发; 2.负责核心功能逻辑的方案设计、编码实现及单元测试; 3.参与新机型方案设计，完成需求拆解与跨模块接口定义，输出方案文档; 4.在多个硬件平台或机型之间实现软件的兼容性适配; 5.配合硬件、结构、产品与测试团队完成整机联调，定位并闭环现场问题; 6.对已有功能进行维护与优化，提升系统的稳定性与性能；

1.计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验; 2.熟悉嵌入式C/C++编程，具备良好的代码风格与工程结构意识； 3.熟悉嵌入式开发流程，能独立完成模块的开发与调试; 4.熟悉RTOS与MCU平台（如STM32、GD32、NXP、TI等），了解常用外设与通信总线； 5.具备复杂流程与时序的抽象能力，能完成状态机设计并系统生处理异常与恢复; 6.具备一定的系统思维，能考虑不同机型或版本的兼容性设计； 7.具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能与硬件/软件/产品等多方高效协作; 8.有整机类产品（3D打印机、数控设备、机器人、消费电子等）开发经验者优先; 9.主导过复杂系统的分析与设计，具有基本的架构设计能力者优先。
