The posting

1. 负责公司进出口业务的日常履行管理，确保进出口货物的顺利通关，及时解决通关过程中遇到的异常问题； 2. 负责原材料进口、成品配件出口全流程管理与优化，识别效率瓶颈、工作质量与合规风险点并优化，负责中国进出口数据的统计分析； 3. 根据业务需求输出适配的清关方案，如一般贸易、退运、修理物品、保税区业务等，确保合规操作； 4. 对接海关/商务等政府部门，及时响应监管机构的问询、稽查和单证提交，负责公司AEO高级认证项目； 5. 密切关注并深度解读国内外关税政策、海关法规的最新动态，分析对进出口的影响，并适配相应清关方案； 6. 评估、管理报关服务供应商，参与建立和落地供应商评估规范。

1. 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流管理、海关管理等相关专业优先； 2. 10年以上关务工作经验，掌握进口清关全流程，熟悉HS编码归类，有AEO认证经历者优先； 3. 具有独立解读和应用国际贸易关税政策、海关法规的成功经验，具备分析问题解决问题的能力； 4. 工作细致严谨，逻辑性强，善于沟通与协调； 5. 工作责任心强，具备较好的自驱力和抗压能力； 6. 熟练使用海关业务系统（单一窗口、电子口岸）、以及办公软件。
