你会做什么 1、独立负责上述某条业务线的前端建设，从技术方案设计、排期拆解到上线交付与线上运营，端到端 own 起来。 2、与产品、设计、后端、运营深度协作，参与需求评审与方案取舍，在业务目标和技术成本之间给出合理判断，而不是被动接需求。 3、负责所属业务的前端质量：性能指标（Core Web Vitals / 首屏 / 交互响应）、SEO、可访问性、异常监控与线上问题定位，建立可量化的改进闭环。 4、沉淀可复用的能力：组件库、工程化工具链、国际化与多地区方案、埋点与实验能力，让团队整体提效而不只是自己写得快。 5、参与代码评审与技术分享，指导初级同学与实习生，把经验变成团队资产。

我们希望你具备 1、3-5 年左右前端开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。 2、扎实的 JavaScript / TypeScript 基础，对浏览器渲染、网络、事件与异步模型有体系化理解，能独立排查复杂线上问题。 3、精通 React 与 TypeScript，熟悉 Next.js、TanStack Start 等 SSR / SSG 方案，理解不同渲染模式、路由与数据加载策略的取舍，及其对性能与 SEO 的影响。 4、具备完整的工程化能力：构建工具、包管理与 Monorepo、CI/CD、灰度发布与回滚，能主导一个项目的工程基建。 5、有独立负责过中大型 Web 项目的经历，能清晰描述你做过的关键技术决策以及背后的取舍。 6、有良好的产品意识与沟通能力，能用数据和事实推动跨团队协作。 7、具备英文技术文档读写能力，能在多语言产品环境中工作。 加分项 - 有面向全球用户的产品经验：国际化 / 本地化、多地区部署、隐私与合规（GDPR、Cookie 同意等）。 - 有电商前端经验：商品与营销、购物车、结算与支付、订单与售后，理解转化率优化。 - 有 UGC 社区类产品经验：内容流、搜索、推荐位、创作者工具、内容安全。 - 熟悉 WebGL / Three.js，做过 3D 模型在线预览或交互类项目。 - 有性能优化的完整案例（有明确的前后数据对比）。 - 有 A/B 实验、埋点体系或前端监控平台的建设经验。 - 有开源项目贡献、技术博客或社区影响力。
