岗位职责： 1. 基于市场目标和现状，制定营销目标、策略、及预算，同时搭建包含社媒、达人、线上线下联动等等的本地化营销矩阵。 2. 深入进行本地用户洞察，分析总结用户类型和场景，做出让本地用户觉得被尊重被理解的生动内容。 3. 在保持全球品牌一致调性的前提下，一方面和总部紧密配合，获取资源及经验，另一方面也给全球提供优质案例及经验总结。 4. 拓展德国市场后能够快速总结经验方法，基于欧洲各国的异同，逐渐展开欧洲其他国家的市场版图。

1. 具备德国多年的学习或工作背景，会德语是加分项。 2. 5年及以上工作经验，具备消费电子行业欧洲或德国市场营销经验，有新兴市场开拓经验的同学优先。 3. 做策略设计的同时，也愿意双手沾泥进行一些必要的执行工作。 4. 具备优秀的行业及产品洞察能力、跨部门协同能力、识别及解决问题的能力。
