1.作为结构方案 Owner，从立项阶段介入，独立完成核心机构设计与详细方案输出，对设计质量、成本和进度负责； 2.将产品需求转化为可落地的结构设计指标，识别系统性风险，确保方案满足 DFX（可制造性、可装配性、可靠性）要求； 3.主导技术评审，推动跨职能对齐（ID、电子、测试、工艺），在关键节点做出结构决策； 4.制定测试验证方案，跟踪 EVT/DVT/PVT 各阶段问题，推动结构问题闭环； 5.深度参与量产工艺优化，持续改善产品一致性与制造良率。

必要条件 1.本科及以上学历，机械相关专业；7 年以上机械结构设计经验，有多个完整量产项目经历； 2.熟悉机械传动设计，熟悉塑胶/压铸/钣金等成型工艺及表面处理； 3.具备结构强度校核与失效分析能力，能独立识别并解决系统性设计风险； 4.有独立主导产品结构方案的实际经验，不止于执行，能对技术方向做出判断。

加分项 1.有 3C 消费电子产品背景，熟悉高精度运动机构或精密装配设计； 2.有高速迭代产品研发经验，适应短周期、多版本并行的工作节奏。
