职位描述 1. 负责文本、语音、图像、视频等多类型数据的全生命周期管理，包括数据收集、清洗、标注、格式化等核心工作。搭建标准化、高效的数据处理流程，保障数据输出质量，为模型训练、推理及算法迭代提供稳定的数据支撑； 2. 应用前沿的计算机视觉模型、多模态模型、大语言模型技术，优化数据标注流程，提升标注效率与精准度，降低标注成本； 3. 基于业务场景构建专业的算法测试集体系，确保测试集能够真实反映算法实际应用场景的表现，输出客观的算法效果评估结果；基于测试集反馈，优化数据策略，持续提升模型性能。

职位要求 1. 精通数据清洗、标注、存储、管理全流程技术，具备实际的数据处理流程搭建或优化经验； 2. 熟悉Linux操作系统环境，熟练掌握Python编程语言，能独立编写数据处理脚本； 3. 具备极高的数据质量意识和严谨的工作态度，能够敏锐发现数据异常、标注偏差等问题，并推动问题落地解决； 4. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和沟通协作能力，能够跨团队对齐数据标准与需求。

加分项 1. 熟悉计算机视觉模型训练全流程，深刻理解数据质量、数据分布对模型训练效果的影响，有相关数据优化实践经验； 2. 了解Spark、Flink等分布式数据处理框架，具备分布式数据处理项目落地经验优先； 3. 熟悉LabelImg、LabelMe、LabelStudio等数据标注工具； 4. 具备多模态数据处理经验，或有算法测试集构建、迭代优化相关经验者优先。
