岗位定位： 1. 随着拓竹在国内线下零售版图的不断扩张，我们需要一位懂零售、有策划能力的营销人。目前我们已经完成了几家核心门店的开业探索，正处于从"跑通单点"到"建立体系"的关键阶段。 2. 你将负责零售相关营销项目的策划与传播，帮助零售渠道获取流量、获得生意的成功；同时，你需要把这些经验沉淀为可复制的方法论和SOP，培训门店和渠道代理团队，帮助他们具备独立承接日常营销和小型活动的能力。我们希望你是一个既能策划、也能推进落地的人。

岗位职责： 1. 重要门店开业营销策划：作为项目核心策划者，主导品牌旗舰店、全国首店及核心城市首店的开业营销传播。结合当地文化与受众特点，策划具有影响力的在地营销方案，协同内部（设计、内容、社媒等传播模块）及外部资源推进落地，对开业传播效果负责。 2. 核心零售营销项目策划：负责重要新品上市、大型促销节点等核心零售营销项目的策划工作，制定传播策略与执行方案，统筹各传播模块协同推进，确保项目高质量落地。 3. 渠道/KA门店营销规范制定与审核：从0到1建立渠道授权店和KA店的营销传播规范。审核各渠道门店提交的营销素材与传播方案，确保品牌调性的一致性，对渠道门店的传播效果负责。 4. 方法论沉淀与门店赋能：将重要项目的策划经验和传播打法沉淀为标准化的SOP和培训材料，对门店运营团队开展培训，帮助门店具备独立承接日常营销和小型活动的能力，提升整体线下营销效率。

1. 具备 3 年以上零售营销、品牌门店传播的经验，熟悉线下零售的营销节奏与打法。有独立策划并推进品牌旗舰店开业、城市首店落地或核心零售营销项目的完整案例。 2. 具备清晰的策划思路，能独立产出传播方案，并对营销素材和传播效果有敏锐的把控力。 3. 具备体系化思维，有意愿和能力将实战经验转化为可复制的方法论和SOP，协助团队共同成长。 4. 良好的跨部门协同能力，能有效拉动内部（设计、内容、社媒等）与外部（代理商、供应商）资源推进项目。 5. 具备较强的自驱力与抗压能力，能适应长周期、高不确定性的项目环境。
