1.负责公司电商渠道(天猫、京东等电商平台)的客户咨询回复工作，能够快速熟悉3D打印机的参数、使用和故障排除，有效的解答用户的疑问，并快速熟悉店铺价格和活动，提高询单转化率，提高客单价； 2.熟悉京东/天猫等平台的客服规则，帮助客户查询跟踪物流情况、发票、换货、售后退款和客户维权、评价维护、投诉等等各种售后问题，提升店铺综合指标； 3.及时整理并汇总客户需求和问题，积极协调解决问题，主动追踪处理进度，并不断优化内部的服务流程，提高服务效率。

1. 大专及以上学历 2. 具有1年以上天猫、京东等平台客服经验，熟悉售前、售中、售后客服工作流程；（应届不做此项要求） 3. 打字速度70字/分钟以上，熟练使用主流办公软件操作，会简单的公式； 4. 有良好的客户服务意识和，能够耐心的接待每一位客户，能接受早晚班； 5. 善于跨部门沟通，具有较强的结果导向，拥有强烈的工作责任心，抗压性强，有基本的统筹和总结能力，能够独立思考问题，并愿意花时间学习提升自己； 6. 喜欢琢磨数码类产品，有3C数码类目（特别是3D打印机或电脑组装机）从业经验者优先。
