1.负责产品全生命周期测试策略设计，覆盖需求评审、用例设计与执行监控，构建可落地的质量保障体系； 2.负责营销服产品需求，制定分层测试方案，明确功能、接口、性能与数据质量的覆盖重点； 3.负责 AI 产品功能验证、效果评测及边界与异常场景测试，关注接口稳定性、响应性能与评测数据质量； 4.设计可复用的自动化测试框架，提升核心业务场景自动化覆盖，构建可持续的无人值守执行能力； 5.主导高峰作业与高并发场景性能压测，识别性能瓶颈并提出可落地的优化建议； 6.撰写并维护测试方案、测试用例、测试报告与缺陷分析等质量文档。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业优先； 2.2-5年软件测试经验，具备 WMS、仓储物流、供应链系统或 AI 产品测试经验者优先； 3.具备良好的沟通与跨部门协作能力，能与产品、研发、算法及仓运营等多角色高效协同； 4.深入理解软件测试生命周期，熟悉功能、性能、安全、兼容性等测试类型； 5.熟悉常用测试工具与框架，具备一定编程能力，熟悉至少一种编程语言（如 Java、Python）。 【加分项】 有 WMS 或仓储物流系统测试经验 有 AI 相关测试经验
