你会做什么 1、在业务负责人的指导下，承担具体页面与功能模块的开发，按期交付高质量的可上线代码。 2、与产品、设计、后端对齐需求细节，把设计稿和交互逻辑准确、细致地实现出来，包括各种边界状态与异常处理。 3、参与通用组件的开发与维护，关注代码的可读性与复用性。 4、负责所负责模块的线上问题响应：定位、修复、复盘，减少同类问题重复发生。 5、参与代码评审，主动学习团队的工程规范与技术方案，逐步具备独立负责小型项目的能力。

我们希望你具备 1、1-3 年前端开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。 2、扎实的 HTML / CSS / JavaScript 基础，理解 DOM、事件机制、异步与 HTTP 基本原理。 3、熟练使用 TypeScript 与 React，能独立完成中等复杂度的页面与组件；用过 Next.js 或 TanStack Start 者优先。 4、熟悉常用构建工具与 Git 协作流程，具备基本的工程化认知。 5、对细节敏感：能还原设计稿的间距与视觉细节，会主动考虑加载中、空状态、报错、断网等边界情况。 6、有较强的学习能力和主动性，遇到不懂的问题会先查证再提问，而不是直接卡住。 7、具备基本的英文技术文档阅读能力。 加分项 - 熟悉 Next.js 或 TanStack Start 等 SSR / SSG 框架，了解 SEO 的基本原则。 - 做过响应式 / 多端适配，对移动端 Web 的坑有实际踩过的经验。 - 接触过国际化（i18n）或多语言产品。 - 有电商、内容社区或文档站类型的项目经验。 - 了解 WebGL / Three.js 或对 3D 相关技术有兴趣。 - 有性能优化、可访问性方面的实践。 - 有自己的开源项目、技术博客或完整的个人作品。
