1. 结合出海智能硬件/泛机器人行业规范，搭建技术文档标准与分类体系，适配海外多区域用户需求及合规要求。 2. 带领团队统筹文档策划、撰写、审核、迭代全流程，确保文档内容与产品迭代同步，保障准确性与规范性。 3. 负责团队日常管理、任务分配与能力培养，强化跨部门协作，保障各项工作高效落地。 4. 导入先进技术文档开发工具，优化开发流程，搭建文档资产检索体系，提升工作效率与知识复用率。 5. 优化文档呈现形式，适配海外用户使用习惯，收集内外部及海外反馈，持续迭代优化文档质量。

1. 5年及以上技术文档开发经验，具备团队管理经验，有出海智能硬件/泛机器人行业经验优先。 2. 具备优秀的文字表达与逻辑梳理能力，可精准转化3D打印等复杂技术内容，输出规范易懂的文档。 3. 有明确的技术文档工具导入经验，熟练使用相关开发工具及办公软件。 4. 跨部门、跨文化协作能力强，统筹管理与问题解决能力突出，细节严谨，能适应快节奏、产品迭代频繁的工作环境。 5. 英语CET-6以上，听说读写流利，可独立完成英文技术文档的翻译、审核与优化工作。
