1、知名院校本科及以上学历，机械设计，自动化，机器人工程等理工科背景，有法学背景优先。 2、5 年以上涉外专利诉讼经验，主导过3起以上海外专利诉讼中的专利无效以及侵权分析等相关文件的撰写或审核，有胜诉案例，有消费电子、智能硬件等行业的专利工作经验更佳。 3、精通海外专利侵权判定和无效判定原则、无效证据挖掘方法，熟悉海外相关专利法规及司法实践，能独立完成侵权比对分析报告，具备与海外律师高效协同的能力。 4、英语可作为工作语言，能独立审核英文文件、主导跨境会议以及参与海外庭审，，与海外律师高效沟通案件细节。

1、主导海外专利诉讼事务，涵盖专利侵权应诉、主动维权、专利无效抗辩、市场维权等，重点应对美国欧洲等核心市场。 2、开展 FTO 分析、专利稳定性评估，输出产品上市合规建议，规避海外诉讼风险。 3、管理海外合作律所，协调技术团队整理侵权比对证据，参与专利侵权比对、无效证据挖掘，参与跨境庭审，推动案件实现胜诉或和解。
