加入我们，你将和业界最优秀的运动控制、力学设计、AI算法、嵌入式软件等领域的工程师一起，用最前沿的机器人技术彻底革新桌面级3D打印产业，并将负责其中至少2项工作： 1.编写面向类机器人机电系统的运行的软件，如运动控制器的G、M命令定义与软件实现、打印机机电系统功能等的编写； 2.伺服运动控制系统开发调试，如三轴联动、多轴联动、冗余轴联动等； 3.整机环境控制系统，如腔温、床温、喷嘴、防火等，根据加工工艺和用户行为定义并设计环境控制功能逻辑和交互； 4.全自动供料系统开发调试，根据加工工艺和用户能力改进自动供料系统的机电设计和工作逻辑； 5.研究加工(3D打印、激光雕刻等)质量问题，从算法、工艺、材料等方面综合考虑最优改进方案以提升加工质量； 6.协同机械、硬件工程师设计新机电系统方案，验证可行性并实现新方案在新产品上的实施； 7.调试、调查机电系统在运行时出现的问题，查找问题原因，推动硬件结构改进或软件修改适配。

符合以下至少1~2项要求： 1.熟悉运动控制算法，编写过基本的插补算法，对运动学正逆解、动力学正逆解的编码实现有基本的了解； 2.熟悉控制理论，对经典控制理论和现代控制理论有实践经验（如主动振动控制、高阶倒立摆、低刚度机械臂控制等）； 3.熟悉永磁同步、混合式步进、感应式电机的控制原理； 4.熟悉嵌入式软件开发环境，掌握python/Makefile/Git/Gerrit等工具的使用；具有良好的团队合作能力与抗压能力； 5.加分项：有交叉学科学习或工作经历，如机械设计、流变学、光学、机械四大力学、微机电系统等。
