1.从基础物理出发，研究FDM（熔融沉积建模）增材制造过程中的热传导、流动行为、相变过程、热变形和力学行为等关键机制； 2.构建描述熔融挤出、沉积、冷却固化全过程的热-流-固耦合数学模型，探索过程参数、材料性能与成型行为之间的关系； 3.利用多物理场仿真工具开展定量分析，开展参数敏感性研究与规律性总结，推动物理建模的深入发展； 4.制定实验测试方案，结合实验数据对物理模型进行验证与修正； 5.跟踪国内外先进研究进展，推动研究成果在打印工艺理解和优化中的应用；

1.理论物理、流体力学、工程热物理、材料学、计算力学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2.熟悉FDM打印原理、热力学/流体力学/固体力学等基本物理过程，了解高分子材料在熔融流动与固化过程中的非牛顿流体行为与粘弹特性，以及其相变凝固与热致变形等关键物理机制。有上述相关课程或项目经验者优先； 3.掌握一种或多种CFD或多物理场仿真软件，如AnsysFluent、Comsol、COpenFOAM、Abaqus、Polymer FEAI工具、Fluent UDF二次开发等； 4.有FDM打印过程中的物理现象建模或热-力-形变仿真经验者优先等； 5.熟悉Python/Matlab/C++等至少一种编程语言，有仿真自动化脚本开发经验者优先； 6.熟悉视觉数据采集，有过视觉数据采集项目经验者优先； 7.具备良好的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，主动性强，愿意深入物理建模细节，具有团队协作精神。
