1、多门店操盘：负责拓竹旗舰店的整体运营和管理，对服务质量和销售额负责； 2、数据分析：结合专卖店业务场景，搭建专卖店运营数据分析看板，基于数据监测主动识别问题、机会和风险，对具体问题点进行专题分析； 3、团队管理：负责旗舰店体系的选育用留，并通过绩效考核等工具有效激发团队潜力，提升团队凝聚力； 4、活动策划：策划线下活动并带领团队落地，及时调整运营策略并定期迭代内容形式和社媒运营方案； 5、跨部门对接：与上下游供应链、品牌设计、市场、IT等相关部门进行资源对接，协作进行国内专卖店智能运营管理体系搭建； 6、流程优化：负责专卖店运营流程标准的执行与迭代，不断优化门店建设、产品管理、销售管理、服务体验、效能管理、陈列维护等精细化运营管理工作。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、统计学、广告学、管理类等相关专业优先； 2、有5年或以上的消费电子、快消、奢侈品、美妆、亲子类目的零售门店工作经验； 3、熟练使用数据分析工具，具备一定的数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力； 4、具备活动策划与执行能力，能将品牌理念转化为落地体验； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能在多部门协作中推动项目落地； 6、注重细节，责任心强，具备良好的自我驱动力与学习能力。
