本科及以上学历，5年以上内容电商经验，3年以上团队管理经验。 有带领团队操盘抖音等内容电商渠道、并做出规模化GMV的成功经验。 对抖音的平台逻辑、算法机制与运营玩法有深刻理解，能精准判断策略方向并指导团队。 熟悉直播、短视频、达人分销、付费投放各模块打法，具备目标拆解与结果管理能力，数据分析能力强。 结果导向、抗压能力强，有3C/智能硬件品类或从0到1搭建团队经验者优先。
