1、负责公司涉外及跨境业务相关合同、合作协议等法律文件的审阅、起草、修改及谈判支持； 2、深入理解业务模式和合作流程，识别法律风险，提供可执行的法律建议，支持业务推进； 3、根据业务需要，支持以下一个或多个方向的法律工作： 涉外 / 跨境市场营销：品牌合作、推广投放、活动营销、达人/创作者合作等； 涉外 / 跨境电商及物流：平台合作、销售履约、仓储物流、服务商合作等； 涉外 / 跨境 MW 内容平台：平台协议、创作者合作、内容治理、知识产权投诉及争议处理等； 4、跟进相关法律法规和监管动态，协助优化业务规则、合作机制和处理流程； 5、协助处理争议、投诉及纠纷事项，并对接外部律所。

1、法学本科及以上学历，通过法律职业资格考试； 2、5 -8年的企业法务或律所相关经验； 3、能独立处理英文或中英文商业合同，具备较强的合同审阅、修改和谈判支持能力； 4、在涉外/跨境市场营销，电商及物流，平台业务、创作者合作、内容治理、知识产权相关法律支持上，有一个或多个方向的扎实经验： 5、英语可作为工作语言，能直接参与英文合同沟通、业务讨论及外部律所对接； 6、具备较强的业务理解、沟通协作和问题解决能力； 7、能熟练使用常用AI工具提升工作效率者优先。
