作为拓竹科技（Bambu Lab）的高级工业设计师，你将身处 3D 打印行业变革的最前沿。我们正在寻找一位具备卓越审美、深厚工程理解力且渴望打造“业界标杆”的设计师。你将负责公司核心产品的造型定义与量产落地，用高级、精密、充满科技感的设计语言，定义下一代智能硬件的视觉巅峰。

岗位职责： 1.主导 3D 打印设备及相关新品的工业设计，负责概念发散、造型设计、CMF设计等全流程，打造业界标杆产品； 2.深入理解产品需求，与产品、研发团队紧密协作，确保设计方案与产品战略目标高度契合； 3.熟悉结构和工艺，确保设计美学与机械功能、运动逻辑的完美融合和设计概念的完美实现； 4.积极参与设计流程优化，协助建立并推广设计规范与质量标准，共同提升设计品质。

1.工业设计相关专业，本科以上学历； 2.5 年以上消费电子产品设计经验，有成功的 IOT产品或复杂硬件产品设计经验优先； 3.优秀的手绘草图表现，能快速呈现和锁定设计方案，熟练运用设计软件； 4.具有概念发散、方向收敛、设计细化、效果呈现、量产跟进等全链路能力； 5.强烈的好奇心，持续学习的激情，良好的沟通表达能力。 加分项 1.拥有独到的设计见解，量产作品曾获得国际设计大奖； 2.国际化视野，具备良好的英文交流能力，能适应全球化市场的设计需求； 3.对追求极致科技美学、精密工程与创新体验的产品有深度认同与研究。
