1. 负责处理来自400热线、电商平台、内部工单等各类渠道的升级类客户投诉； 2. 跟进市监局、12315、社交媒体等外部平台的投诉反馈，确保及时响应与闭环处理； 3. 收集并整理投诉相关证据（如聊天记录、物流凭证等），为处理提供有力支撑； 4. 根据投诉内容及客户诉求，制定合理的补偿方案或拒绝策略； 5. 主动分析投诉数据，识别共性问题并提出流程或政策优化建议； 6. 对重大或典型投诉进行深度分析，形成报告并推动问题闭环； 7. 协调内部多部门资源，推进复杂投诉及突发事件的快速解决； 8. 支持团队知识沉淀与能力提升，协助进行新人培训和经验传授。

1. 大专及以上学历，法律、客户服务、公共关系等相关专业优先； 2. 熟悉《消费者权益保护法》《电子商务法》等法律法规，能灵活应用于实际投诉处理中； 3. 具备良好的沟通表达、谈判及冲突解决能力，能应对高压场景； 4. 具有一定的舆情识别与危机应对能力，能独立处理复杂客诉； 5. 具备基本数据分析能力，能够通过投诉数据提炼问题与趋势； 6. 有良好的跨部门沟通能力，能协调内外资源推动问题闭环； 7. 有社媒投诉、315、市监局等平台应对经验者优先； 8. 责任心强，逻辑清晰，能持续优化客户服务体验。
