任职要求 必要条件 - 3年以上风扇或电机器件相关工作经验，深度了解制造工艺（含绕组、轴承、磁路、叶片等）； - 有供应商审核、工艺评估或产品开发相关经验，能独立完成供应商工艺能力评估； - 具备扎实的电机或流体力学基础知识，能读懂技术规格书并独立定义关键参数； - 有消费电子、扫地机器人或服务机器人行业背景。 加分项 - 有在风扇/电机供应商侧（制造端）工作过的经历； - 具备有刷电机、无刷电机、泵、风扇等多品类器件的开发工艺经验； - 有跨品类器件工程经验（如同时覆盖电机与风扇）。
