1.参与供应链优化相关算法研发，包括销量预测、分仓补货、库存优化、履约成本优化等场景； 2.协助构建基于运筹优化与AI技术的决策模型，平衡库存周转、缺货风险与配送成本； 3.理解头程运输、尾程配送、仓储管理、包材选择等业务逻辑，为建模和策略优化提供支持； 4.参与数据建模、仿真分析、实验评估与方案落地，量化优化收益； 5.跟踪运筹优化、时空预测、机器学习、大模型等前沿技术，探索其在供应链场景中的应用。

1.全日制统招硕士及以上学历，运筹学、应用数学、计算机、人工智能、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2.熟悉运筹优化、统计学、机器学习基础理论，了解预测、调度、补货、路径优化等常见问题； 3.熟悉混合整数规划、动态规划、强化学习等方法，有优化建模或求解经验； 4.熟悉Python，了解OR-Tools等优化求解器，具备数据处理和实验评估能力； 5.有物流、电商、供应链、出行等领域预测、调度、优化相关项目，或数学建模/算法竞赛经验者优先； 6.逻辑清晰，沟通能力良好，能将复杂业务问题抽象为数学模型，每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月以上。
