The posting

1. 作为业务部门与信息化部门的沟通桥梁， 深入销售订单，物流仓储网络规划，交付履约等一线业务场景，理解业务模式、战略目标及核心KPI，识别业务痛点并挖掘具有商业价值的数字化需求； 2. 基于业务蓝图规划产品路线图（Roadmap），负责订单履约系统从0到1架构设计及1到N的迭代优化； 3. 深度参与从业务战略到系统落地的全流程，负责项目全生命周期管理，协调研发、UI/UX、供应链等团队，把控产品迭代进度与质量，解决交付过程中的冲突与风险； 4. 建立产品评估体系，通过数据分析验证产品效果，持续优化业务流程，为业务方提供专业决策支持建议； 5. 主导新系统上线的推广、培训及变革管理，确保业务部门平稳过渡并高效使用工具。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、管理信息系统或相关专业背景优先； 2. 具备5年以上IT产品经理或ITBP相关工作经验；有大型企业级系统（如ERP/CRM/中台/大模型应用）建设经验者优先； 3. 熟悉销售订单，物流仓储网络规划，交付履约等业务流程及OMS，TMS，WMS等系统，熟练使用各类办公协作软件、SQL（基础查询）、产品原型图制作以及项目管理等工具，对开发技术有一定了解。具备较强的系统化思维能力，能快速理清复杂的业务规则，并在技术可行性与业务需求间寻找平衡点； 4. 具备优秀的规划能力，有良好的洞察规划意识，具备优秀的专业能力与沟通能力，熟悉企业架构EA，理解现代企业系统集成架构（API、微服务、数据湖等基本概念），能与对齐业务战略，做好从业务战略到IT战略的规划； 5. 具备较强的自驱力、抗压能力、数据敏感度，能适应多任务并行的复杂环境，能利用数据驱动产品改进决策。
