1、深度参与业务经营分析，围绕渠道、区域、品类、SKU等维度跟踪收入、毛利、费用、利润等核心指标，识别经营异常及改善机会； 2、对预算、预测与实际经营结果差异进行归因分析，能够从财务结果下钻到业务策略、产品结构、资源投入等经营动作层面； 3、参与重点项目、重点产品及相关资源投入的财务测算、过程跟踪和复盘分析，为业务决策提供支持； 4、负责预算、滚动预测及预实分析，建立经营跟踪和预警机制，支持业务动态调整； 5、推动分析发现的问题整改和落地，协同相关团队形成改进方案并跟踪闭环。

1. 大学本科及以上学历，财务管理相关专业； 2. 5年以上财务工作经验，熟悉制造/电商/物流行业； 3.有复杂业务场景分析经验，具备多维度数据分析能力；有多SKU业务、零售、渠道或产研分析经验者优先； 4. 具有良好的沟通能力、团队协作和学习能力，自我驱动和有责任心，抗压力好，能够适应较快的工作节奏，开放谦逊，务实敢为； 5. 具备强逻辑思维能力和数据洞察能力，理解力强，善于梳理和归纳复杂问题的逻辑，能够将分析结论转化为业务改进动作。
