The posting

1. 负责年度企业文化活动的策划与执行。规划活动的排期，协助推进员工活动、节日活动、主题活动、周年庆、年会、团建/旅游等项目的方案策划、协同各部门推进活动落地。 2. 沉淀和优化活动流程。协助完善企业文化活动SOP、宣传模板、资源库及复盘机制，持续提升活动组织效率和员工体验。能够围绕员工关怀、文化氛围建设、团队凝聚力提升等目标，独立负责单个或多个活动项目的执行与复盘。 3. 负责行政内宣及文化宣传内容运营，包括但不限于内部行政宣传渠道（行政百事通）的内容策划、文案撰写、活动宣传、新闻稿输出及日常信息发布。 4. 供应商资源统筹与成本控制，包括场地、物料、礼品、餐饮、搭建、摄影摄像等供应商的沟通、询价、执行跟进及验收结算。在预算范围内推动项目高质量落地，并做好活动台账、付款申请及费用复盘。 5. 配合完成综合行政相关工作，包括但不限于员工关怀、行政接待、办公支持及部门安排的其他行政事务。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上行政/文化/活动相关工作经验，具备 2000 人以上大型企业员工活动经验者优先。行政管理、新闻传播、市场营销、中文，艺术类等相关专业优先。 2. 有较强的活动执行与统筹协调能力，能够独立推进活动项目从方案到落地的全过程。 3. 具备较好的文字表达与内容策划能力，能够独立完成活动通知、宣传文案、活动报道、公众号推文等内容输出。具备基础排版、图片处理或新媒体编辑能力。 4. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力和资源协调能力，做事细致，责任心强，能够处理多任务并行场景。 5. 具备较强的执行力、时间管理能力和问题解决能力，能适应活动节点的阶段性工作压力。
