必要条件 1. 3年以上行政相关工作经验，有独立负责单一办公室全盘运营经验； 2. 有办公室租赁、装修或搬迁项目经验，能协调物业、施工方、多家供应商同步推进； 3. 具备行政BP意识，能主动理解业务团队需求并快速落地； 4. 沟通协调能力强，应变能力强，能同时处理多线程任务，不需要被反复推动。 加分项 1. 熟练使用飞书； 2. 有使用 AI 工具提升行政效率的实际经验； 3. 有支持过客服或运营类团队的行政经验。
