  • 深度参与新项目开发，紧盯冲压钣金件供应商交付进度，必要时驻厂跟线，推动供应商按要求执行，保障供应稳定；
  • 快速响应并处理供应商端的交付、品质等异常，具备现场判断和解决问题的能力；
  • 主导结构件供应商寻源与开发，持续扩充优质供应商资源库，应对业务高速增长下的供应风险；
  • 主导与供应商的商务谈判（价格、交期、付款条件），参与整机成本评估与优化；
  • 配合研发推进新材料、新工艺导入，协助建立和完善供应商管理体系与评估标准。

必要条件 - 本科及以上学历，机械、材料等工科专业或供应链相关专业优先； - 3年以上结构件采购/寻源经验，有冲压钣金件采购经验者优先； - 能看懂图纸，熟悉钣金冲压、折弯、焊接、表面处理等工艺及成本构成； - 有驻厂或频繁到供应商现场处理异常的实际经验，出差接受度高； - 对供应商有强推动力，能在资源不足、节奏紧张的环境下保证交付； - 具备商务谈判能力，能独立完成询价、比价、议价全流程。

加分项 - 有消费电子/智能硬件行业结构件采购经验； - 有在高速成长期公司或新项目密集期处理供应商异常的经历； - 熟悉精密钣金加工厂的运作模式及行业生态。
