The posting

1.负责UV打印机墨路系统的结构设计与开发，涵盖墨盒/供墨耗材、负压控制、供墨泵、过滤与脱气模块、白墨搅拌与循环回路、墨栈等模块，从需求拆解到设计落地； 2.负责墨路系统的密封设计与材料选型，完成与UV墨长期接触的管材、密封件、接头、粘接剂的相容性验证，负责管路走线、避光设计及随动管路的弯折寿命设计; 3.负责墨盒及供墨耗材的结构方案设计，包括密封防漏、快插接口、防呆、余量检测与运输姿态可靠性; 4.制定墨路测试方案并跟进验证，包括气密性、负压稳定性、长期静置与恢复、跌落与运输、寿命测试，推动问题闭环; 5.完成模块详细设计与工程图纸输出，主导技术评审与DFX评估，对设计成本、质量与交付进度负责; 6.与硬件、工艺、墨水及供应链团队紧密协作，保障模块按节奏导入量产。

1.本科及以上学历，机械、精密仪器、材料等相关专业； 2.3年以上消费电子或精密硬件产品结构开发经验，具备液路/流体系统（供液、密封、泵阀管路）结构设计经验； 3.熟悉密封设计与材料相容性评估，能独立完成密封件、管材与接头的选型验证； 4.理解流体系统基本原理（流阻、气泡形成与排除、负压建立与稳定）、能与工艺和硬件团队有效对齐； 5.具备失效分析与量产风险识别能力，有完整的从设计到量产落地经历；

加分项：有喷墨打印机墨路、白墨或高颜料负载墨水系统经验；有耗材类产品（墨盒、耗材仓）结构设计经验；有医疗液路、微流控或家电液路系统背景。
