1. 跟进处理各类订单异常，建立异常反馈渠道，及时跟进处理闭环；监控供应商SLA执行情况，订单延误及时监控预警并介入处理； 2. 统筹制定盘点计划，协调开展盘点工作，对盘点差异进行分析闭环；各业务环节确保账实一致； 3. 参与制定新仓导入方案，对成本进行分析得出新仓优势业务；制定导入计划、跟踪进度，针对异常输出解决方案，确保新仓顺利落地； 4. 监控运营指标：监控/分析运营指标，识别核心问题，指定提升指标达成的行动计划，持续跟进改善； 5. 监控/分析物流运费成本，通过数据识别核心问题点，针对目标制定优化方案，推动相关方落实改善，实现物流成本优化； 6. 维护各系统数据与需求，确保各物流系统平稳运行；

1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上国际物流相关工作经验，熟悉海外仓库内及尾程运作模式； 2. 熟练掌握仓储作业流程与OMS/WMS/TMS物流相关系统操作，具备仓库现场管理相关知识； 3. 熟练使用数据分析工具； 4. 逻辑清晰，具备极强的跨部门协作能力和抗压能力，能应对旺季物流高峰及突发问题； 5. 良好的英语口语能力，英语可作为工作语言，独立处理英语业务沟通。
