1、负责中国区区域售后服务体系搭建，服务商网络和服务流程建立，制定售后服务标准和管理机制，提升品牌服务能力与服务体验； 2、基于用户声音优化服务策略，对接相关部门，反馈并推动问题改进，协助降低产品上市后客诉风险； 3、负责所管辖区域的用户满意度和体验提升，持续优化线上服务，线下维修，备件管理，技术支持及网点管理等； 4、负责所管辖区域的服务费用，预算管理，资产管理，服务商管理等，并对费用和盘点等日常运营进行审核和合理性管控； 6、对本区域内的用户声音和用户需求进行持续收集，并针对性地进行服务改善，体验设计，分级管理等。

1、本科及以上学历，3年或以上中国区售后服务管理经验，具备团队管理和项目管理能力； 2、具备良好的问题分析及解决问题能力，以及强大的落地执行能力； 3、具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力; 4、能够接受出差和具备抗压能力。
