1. 本科及以上在校生，计算机、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业优先。 2. 熟悉至少一种后端开发语言，如 Java、Go 等，具备良好的编程基础。 3. 了解常见数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等计算机基础知识。 4. 具备技术钻研精神，愿意深入理解技术原理，能够独立分析并解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题。 5. 具备良好的学习能力，能够快速学习新知识、新工具和新业务，适应快节奏的工作环境。 6. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与产品、前端、测试及其他后端同学高效配合。 7. 工作积极主动，认真负责，具备较强执行力，能够在一定工作压力下按时完成任务。 8. 有后端项目经验、开源项目贡献、技术博客或竞赛经历者优先。 实习要求 1. 实习周期至少 3 个月以上。 2. 表现优秀者可获得转正机会。
