1.负责国内代理商、B端客户的远程或现场技术支持，快速响应日常需求，解决代理商或B端用户遇到的技术咨询、机器故障等问题； 2.与代理商和B端客户保持良好沟通和互动，提供技术部署及解决方案，提升服务质量和客户满意度，对常见问题进行梳理，挖掘客户需求，从售后端推动产品功能优化和产品质量改善； 3.负责国内代理商的服务相关培训，包括产品功能、性能、使用、维护及故障处理等相关内容，持续提升代理商技术服务能力； 4.协助代理商梳理和搭建面向终端客户售后服务体系，包括售后服务流程、服务SOP、服务网点及人员配置、岗位职责等，持续提升代理商面向终端客户的服务效率、服务质量，降低服务成本，保障终端客户满意度；

1. 计算机、机械或自动化等相关理工科专业或有丰富的机器人、智能硬件设备使用、调试及维修经验者优先； 2. 具备客户服务知识或具有智能硬件代理商售后服务支持工作经验者优先，现场经验丰富者优先； 3. 具备良好的沟通协作能力与团队协助精神，较强的表达能力和与客户沟通的能力，有责任心，抗压能力强； 4. 学习能力强，对3D打印有浓厚兴趣。
