色彩管理工程师 Bambu Lab · 算法组 Bambu Lab 正在把桌面 3D 打印和 UV 打印做到消费级与专业级兼顾的极致体验。色彩输出质量是产品差异化的核心战场之一，我们需要一位能把整套色彩管理能力从经验积累变成真正体系的人。 岗位职责 主导拓竹跨产品线（FDM、UV 打印等）色彩管理体系的从0到1建设，建立涵盖校准、测试、评价与调优的完整工作流； 负责不同墨水、材料和工艺条件下的颜色建模、ICC Profile 制作与色彩方案设计，持续提升色彩精度与跨设备一致性； 参与 RIP 方案开发，优化颜色空间转换、色域映射与打印输出链路； 建立颜色测试方法与评价标准，主导色彩问题的分析、复现与闭环优化； 与图像算法、材料、工艺、软件团队紧密协作，支撑新材料、新设备的色彩适配落地。

必要条件 硕士及以上学历，印刷工程、图像科学、色彩科学或相关专业； 3年以上色彩管理相关经验，深刻理解色彩科学基本原理（色彩空间、色差评价、色域映射、色适应等）； 有基于 CMYK 混色原理的实际项目经验（墨水、UV 打印、喷墨、印刷等方向均可），能亲手做，不只会评估； 熟悉 ICC 工作流，具备独立完成设备特征化（Profiling）、线性化、色彩校准的能力； 有实验设计和数据分析能力，能独立推进问题从定位到闭环的完整过程。 加分项 有 RIP 软件开发或深度参与经验； 有多材料/多基材打印色彩适配经验； 有跨团队技术推进经验，能把色彩需求清晰转化为算法或工程任务。
