拓竹（Bambu Lab）正处于全球高速增长阶段，多地机房与业务对算力、稳定性和数据保护提出更高要求。你将加入 IT 与信息安全团队，直接向负责人汇报，在小团队中主导服务器与虚拟化建设，并同步覆盖存储与备份——从标准化、资源池治理到稳定性与容量，有完整闭环空间。 工作职责 1. 服务器与虚拟化 --推进全球多地机房 x86 服务器与虚拟化平台的标准化建设（部署规范、配置基线、固件与生命周期管理）。 --负责服务器/虚拟化资源池的规划、交付、扩容与日常运维，持续开展存量资源池治理。 --独立排查主机与虚拟化侧复杂问题，保障资源池稳定与变更落地。 2. 存储与备份 --负责企业存储相关运维与演进，覆盖 SAN（FC/iSCSI）、NAS（NFS/CIFS/SMB）及对象存储等。 --负责存储设备配置、扩容、固件升级与健康监控；结合研发/制造场景（图纸、测试数据、日志等）落地分级存储，平衡性能、容量与成本。 --建设并运营备份与数据保护：制定执行 RPO/RTO 策略，落实异地备份与不可变备份，定期开展恢复演练。 3. 稳定性、容量与协同 --通过监控定位性能瓶颈，闭环服务器/虚拟化/存储相关故障。 --建立容量管理机制，具备成本意识，避免资源浪费与突发扩容风险。 --参与容灾/BCP 相关落地与演练；通过 Jira 与同团队协同完成事件、变更与项目交付。

必备 1、全日制本科及以上，计算机相关专业优先；3 年以上 IT 基础架构经验。 2、服务器与虚拟化能力扎实，存储与备份能独立承担。 3、熟悉 x86 服务器部署、配置、固件升级、硬件排障与资源池运维。 4、熟悉企业级虚拟化平台规划与运维（资源调度、高可用、虚拟机存储等）。 5、熟悉主流存储及 FC/iSCSI/NFS/SMB 等协议；熟悉至少一种主流备份软件及恢复流程。 6、技术功底扎实，具备全局思维；愿意主动承担运维与运营治理，不挑活、能扛事；做事严谨细致。

加分 1、公有云/混合云实践、AIOps（异常检测/容量预测/告警降噪等）、制造或跨国企业运维经验。 2、熟悉 Python/PowerShell，能做巡检与报表自动化；持有服务器/虚拟化/存储/备份相关认证。
