岗位职责 1. 项目策划与方案设计：参与人群拓展、品牌传播及产品传播项目，理解项目目标、目标用户和核心信息，协助或独立完成内容传播方案、项目说明书、内容框架、资源需求及执行时间表的制定；独立负责常规传播项目的策划与推进。 2. 项目统筹与资源协调：作为项目执行的关键协调人，协调设计、视频制作、达人营销、产品营销以及外部供应商等协作资源，跟进内容制作、素材准备、审核修改、发布上线等关键节点，主动识别并解决项目中的难题。 3. 内容质量与品牌表达把控：在项目目标和品牌表达要求下，协助把控图文、视频、活动物料等内容的产出质量，确保内容信息准确、形式适合目标用户，并根据反馈进行优化。 4. 项目复盘与经验积累：收集整理项目传播数据、用户反馈及执行过程中的关键信息，形成清晰的复盘报告。协助整理可复用的项目流程、内容案例和协作规范，提高团队的项目执行效率。 5. 项目流程与日常支持：负责项目所需的资料整理、供应商协作、合同管理、素材归档以及发布记录维护等工作，确保内容营销项目的顺利进行。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，新闻传播、市场营销、广告学、商科或相关专业，具备 1–2 年品牌传播、内容营销、整合营销、广告创意或项目执行相关经验者优先。 2.具备基础的项目策划能力，能够理解业务或传播需求，并将其转化为清晰、可执行的内容方案、Brief 和项目计划；有独立跟进小型传播项目经验者优先。 3.具备良好的内容判断力和文字表达能力，熟悉小红书、抖音、B站、视频号等主流社媒平台的内容特点。 4.执行力强、做事有条理，能够在多项任务并行时做好项目排期、沟通和进度跟进，对内容质量与交付节点有明确的责任意识。 5.沟通清晰、响应及时，能够与内外部协作方建立高效、顺畅的合作关系；熟练使用 Excel、飞书文档或飞书多维表格等工具，能够完成资料整理、数据汇总与基础报表输出。 6.对科技数码、3D打印、DIY 创作、潮玩或生活方式内容有兴趣，了解拓竹及其产品者优先。
