负责物流头程业务运营，包括但不限于： 1. 同物流商/船司沟通协作，保质保量完成货物从工厂成品仓到海外仓/平台仓的订舱，出运，报关清关、跟踪至海外仓上架的全流程业务，包括异常处理等工作，对头程时效负责； 2. 制作进出口申报相关资料，协同物流商/报关行完成申报，退税等资料整理及归档的工作； 3. 负责提交费用结算申请，包括异常费用处理以及提出方案降低异常费用占比； 4. 负责日常供应商绩效管理，为供应商绩效改善提供数据支持，提出改善意见； 5. 对市场信息有一定敏感度，有根据国际物流市场的变化提出优化或改革想法的能力。

1. 大专及以上学历，3年及以上国际物流相关工作经验； 2. 熟悉船司，货代的运作模式，有国际物流或跨境电商工作经验者优先； 3. 具备良好的沟通能力，数据分析及逻辑思维能力，能独立高效的完成工作，责任感强，抗压力强，诚实可信； 4. 英文可作为工作语言。
