必要条件 - 3年以上采购寻源经验，有高分子材料或化工原材料品类的独立寻源经历； - 具备完整的供应商开发闭环经验：从市场调研、供应商评估到商务落地； - 商务谈判能力强，能够构建多维度议价策略，而非单纯依赖价格博弈； - 有较强的主动性和跨团队推动力，能在信息不完整的情况下独立推进项目。 加分项 - 有海外供应商开发或跨境采购经验； - 熟悉耗材（打印耗材、工业耗材等）相关原材料供应链； - 有从零搭建某一品类资源池的实际经历。
