KOC 生态策略与成长体系建设：制定国内 KOC 整体运营策略，搭建并完善 KOC 的分层分级体系与能力增长路径。通过内容指导、流量扶持、激励机制等手段，帮助 KOC 提升内容质量与影响力。 3. 用户洞察与策略探索：具备初级的用户研究能力，通过 KOC 社区互动与数据分析，洞察用户需求与痛点，为品牌产品传播与更宏观的用户运营策略提供支撑。 4. 生态统筹与团队带动：作为团队的高阶成员，统筹 KOC 生态的整体健康度。与负责扩圈及活动策划的 KOC 运营同学紧密配合，输出策略指导与方法论沉淀，带动整体 KOC 运营效能提升。

1. 本科及以上学历，具备 3-5 年创作者生态、社区运营或用户运营相关经验，有科技数码、垂直社区或内容平台背景者优先。 2. 懂圈层与生态建设：具备从 0 到 1 搭建创作者/KOC 成长体系的成功经验，对社区生态的健康度有深刻理解，能制定清晰的分层运营策略。 3. 扎实的用户洞察力：对用户情绪敏感，具备一定的用户研究或数据分析能力，能从繁杂的社区反馈中提炼出有价值的业务策略。 4. 优秀的沟通与共情能力：极度接地气，能迅速与垂直圈层内的硬核玩家/创作者打成一片，赢得信任并建立长期合作关系。 5. 强自驱力与策略思维：能在没有成熟 SOP 的情况下，主动探索并建立业务规范，具备较强的体系化思考能力。 加分项 • 熟悉 3D 打印行业，或本身就是科技数码、创客（Maker）圈层的深度玩家。 • 有过硬件科技品牌用户社区搭建或硬核玩家运营经验。
