岗位目标： 深耕英语区社媒生态（YT, IG, TikTok, FB），通过链接海量 KOC 建立品牌内容资源。不仅要在 3DP 垂直圈层稳固口碑，更要通过创意活动驱动品牌向Maker 及Mainstream圈层突破。 你要做的事： 1. 负责 YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook 等平台的 KOC 挖掘与建联。针对不同平台属性分层运营，建立高粘性的创作者资源池。 2. 策划并引导 KOC 产出真实、高频、极具感染力的类 UGC 内容，确保品牌在社媒上有持续且有效的声量覆盖。 3. 在 Campaign 期间，将卖点转化为KOC易理解，用户易吸收的创意Brief，让合作内容都能精准传递产品的差异化价值。 4. 策划以KOC为主导的社媒事件，通过口碑传播大幅提升品牌在海外社区的好感度与信任值。 5. 在深耕硬核 3DP/Maker 圈层的同时，主动探索产品在亲子、潮玩、家居装饰等主流场景的应用，协同多模块实现品牌破圈增长。

我们希望你： 1. 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够通过邮件和视频自如地与海外创作者深度沟通。 2. 熟悉 YT/IG/TT/FB 的分发逻辑与内容偏好，对"好的创作者"和"好的内容"有直觉敏锐度。 3. 极强的学习能力，能够快速掌握产品及业务生态，不仅能快速理解技术，还能用"人话"拆解技术。 4. 擅长通过活动机制调动 KOC 的积极性，对产出质量和传播数据负责。 5. 具备清晰的逻辑思维，能够高效配合团队，确保 Campaign目标的准时、高质量达成。 加分项： - 对 3D 打印、DIY 文化或智能硬件有浓厚兴趣，能听懂硬核玩家的语言。 - 个人运营过自媒体账号（不限平台），懂内容痛点与流量逻辑，具备站在创作者视角反推策略的能力。 - 掌握基础短视频剪辑与封面设计技能，能快速产出二次传播素材。 - 至少有一个热爱的兴趣领域，对其有足够理解与钻研。无论是科技、DIY、摄影、航模还是户外探索，我们欣赏对所爱之物有学习力、有投入感的人。
