1. 负责俄语区 KOL/KOC 的挖掘、筛选、建联和日常沟通，持续更新达人资源库； 2. 跟进达人合作全流程，包括合作沟通、寄样申请、物流跟进、内容 brief 对接、脚本审核、上线跟进及交付验收； 3. 整理和分析达人合作数据，包括播放、互动、CPM、评论区反馈等，定期输出复盘并优化合作名单； 4. 维护已合作达人关系，跟进复投、长期合作和后续内容机会； 5. 协助俄语区社媒内容、本地品牌合作、公关或其他市场项目的日常执行与推进； 6. 与销售、PR、物流、设计等内部团队协作，推动项目按计划落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，1–3 年 KOL/社媒/内容营销/海外市场相关工作经验； 2. 俄语可作为工作语言，能够独立完成达人沟通、信息整理和基础商务对接；同时具备良好的英语读写能力； 3. 熟悉 YouTube、Instagram、TikTok 等主流社媒平台以及VK & Telegram等本土平台，对达人合作、内容传播和基础数据表现有一定理解； 4. 具备较强的沟通能力和执行力，能够独立推进达人合作流程，并同时跟进多个项目； 5. 做事细致，责任心强，能适应跨团队协作和较快的工作节奏； 6. 对海外市场、消费科技、内容营销有兴趣，有长期在国际市场方向发展的意愿。
