1. 面向国内市场，持续挖掘具备优秀动手能力与创作表达力的 KOL，独立推进合作治谈，包括创意共建、预算谈判、合作模式设计。 2. 围绕 Let's Make It 创造基金及其他重点品牌传播项目，联合KOL共同打磨具有话题性和传播潜力的项目创意，并与PR/社媒/投放/MakerWorld 团队协同，放大项目影响力。 3. 同时管理多个中大型项目，推进从立项、制作到到上线的完整周期，稳定实现季度级标杆项目发布。 4. 除标杆项目之外，推进部分常规 KOL 合作内容，持续强化品牌日常曝光。

1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、传媒、影视等相关专业优先，理工科背景也可投递。 2. 拥有丰富的国内 KOL/创作者合作经验，熟悉国内社媒生态与创作者合作逻辑。 3. 能够独立且高质量地推进 KOL 资源 BD、破冰到签约的全流程，能够自如与 KOL 及 MCN 进行高质量沟通与谈判，并达成复杂合作。 4. 具备优秀的内容嗅觉和内容判断力，理解什么样的内容“值得做”，以及及具备持续放大价值的可能性。 5. 项目管理能力强，能同时推进多个长周期项目，具备清晰节奏与优先级管理能力。 6. 具备较强的自驱力与抗压能力，能适应长周期、高不确定性的项目环境。
