1. 深入理解产品需求，负责嵌入式底层软件框架设计与系统集成； 2. 设计并交付嵌入式 SDK、参考方案和通用组件，支撑产品及客户方案快速落地； 3. 负责驱动开发与适配，具备 Camera/Wi-Fi/eMMC/USB 等至少一种驱动的开发与适配经验； 4. 参与Linux内核关键子系统的开发与优化，包括进程调度、内存管理、文件系统、网络协议栈等； 5. 牵头排查系统级问题，包括稳定性、性能、功耗、启动可靠性、并发冲突等； 6. 参与产品全生命周期，从需求评审、方案设计、编码实现、测试验证，到量产导入、维护和问题闭环。

1. 电子、计算机、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上嵌入式软件开发经验； 2. 有扎实的嵌入式开发与系统集成经验，能独立承担子系统/模块设计，擅长复杂问题定位与攻关； 3. 理解多核、SMP 和系统启动流程，能结合业务场景对芯片和系统进行选型； 4. 参与过复杂系统的分析与设计，具备基本的架构设计能力； 5. 熟悉常用外设/接口； 6. 熟悉 Linux/RTOS 内核调试工具，对内存管理、线程/任务调度、中断管理、存储管理等模块有实战经验； 7. 学习能力和自驱力强，有领导力，喜欢挑战。
