1. 主导MakerLab全产品线交互架构、任务流与视觉呈现，定义兼具易理解性与高质感的体验框架； 2. 针对 AI 创作、参数化编辑、打印链路进行体验优化，通过清晰引导与高效反馈降低非专业用户的操作成本； 3. 定义 AI 生成流程（如 Prompt 引导、结果调控、人机协作）的交互模式，沉淀 AI 产品设计最佳实践； 4. 搭建与维护跨端设计系统（组件库、规范、动效逻辑），保障多终端体验一致性与开发落地质量； 5. 协同产品与技术，跟进需求分析、原型验证、可用性测试及上线复盘，确保设计决策的高效落地； 6. 基于数据与用户调研挖掘增长点，通过优化商业化触点（权益感知、路径引导），平衡用户体验与付费转化； 7. 指导初级成员，输出专业评审标准，沉淀 AI 建模工具的设计方法论。

1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上交互/UI 设计经验；有工具类、AI 或 3D 相关产品背景者优先。 2. 具备深厚的交互逻辑与 UI 视觉功底，能独立完成从架构设计到界面落地的全链路工作。 3. 精通主流设计软件，具备成熟的设计系统搭建能力，能高效交付多终端设计方案。 4. 具备数据驱动思维，能通过用户研究与数据分析量化设计价值，提出可行性优化方案。 5. 优秀的跨团队沟通与统筹能力，能在复杂技术约束下推动方案落地。 6. 具备良好的英文阅读与书写能力。

加分项 1. 具备商业化设计实战经验（会员、订阅制），有可量化的转化提升案例。 2. 有 3D 打印、创客或专业设计工具的使用与设计经验。 3. 拥有海外产品设计经验，熟悉全球化设计适配。
