1. 负责海外多国家（US/EU/JP 等）商品中心搭建，设计 SPU/SKU、多币种定价、定制属性（含 3D 打印 / 配件组合）及发布、审核、上下架等状态机流转，保障商品在多站点可售、可搜、可买、可履约； 2. 负责商家工作台规划与迭代，覆盖入驻、店铺装修、商品发布与管理等全流程，降低操作门槛，提升发布效率与商品质量； 3. 设计折扣码（Coupon）、满减满折、定向促销等能力，完善抽佣与分润结算；同时对活动页、券后价、紧迫感等 C 端转化路径负责，让营销工具真正带来成交，而不只是后台配置； 4. 对商品详情、规格选择、价格展示、主图/卖点、加购与下单漏斗有完整认知，能自己拆转化问题并给出方案 ； 5. 协同运营及外部生产 / 履约伙伴（如本地化打印农场），打通下单—派发—履约链路，减少因缺货、不可售、交期不清导致的下单流失。

1. 本科及以上，3–5 年跨境电商产品经验。有跨境 Marketplace 或独立站经验优先；同时具备 B 端商家/商品能力与 C 端交易/转化经验的复合背景优先； 2. 逻辑清晰，能做业务建模，积极探索AI并输出高质量 PRD 与流程图；能把商家效率、商品质量、营销玩法，落到可量化的转化与成交结果上； 3. 会看转化漏斗、商品动销、活动 ROI，能用数据定位卡点并迭代，对 GMV、转化率、客单价有结果意识； 4. 跨团队沟通与推动能力强，能带研发、运营、风控拿到结果； 5. Owner 意识强，适应业务变化快；对 3D 打印或创客文化感兴趣者加分；
