1.计算机、电子、通信、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备3年以上嵌入式工作经验； 2.熟练掌握C/C++编程，具备良好的代码规范意识； 3.了解操作系统原理，具备RTOS实际产品开发经验； 4.具备ARM/RISC-V平台MCU （如ESP32、NXP、STM32等）开发与调试经验； 5.熟悉I2C/SPI/UART/PWM/USB等常用外设接口，了解BLE、Wi-Fi等无线通信协议； 6.具备扎实的数字/模拟电路基础，能阅读硬件原理图，熟练使用示波器等仪器设备 7.对智能硬件/AIoT充满热情，乐于探索创新，智能硬件爱好者、DIY玩家、开源社区贡献者优先； 8.具备良好的团队协作、沟通能力及抗压能力。
