The posting

1.参与搜索、推荐场景中的NLP与大模型应用算法研发，包括Query理解、语义召回、文本匹配、内容理解、用户兴趣建模等方向； 2.协助构建和优化基于预训练模型/大模型的语义理解与匹配模型，提升搜索相关性、推荐效果和用户体验； 3.参与内部数据产品相关需求，支持智能问答、数据洞察、文本生成、知识检索等能力建设； 4.协助完成数据分析、样本构建、模型训练、效果评估与线上迭代，推动算法能力落地； 5.跟踪NLP、大模型、RAG、Embedding、Agent等前沿技术，探索其在业务场景中的应用。

1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自然语言处理、数学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2.熟悉机器学习、深度学习与NLP基础理论，了解搜索/推荐中的语义召回、文本匹配、排序等常见方向； 3.熟悉Transformer、BERT、Embedding、LLM微调、Prompt Engineering、RAG等技术，有模型训练或调参经验； 4.熟悉Python和SQL，掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架，具备数据处理和实验评估能力； 5.有搜索、推荐、广告、语义检索、智能问答、大模型应用等项目或实习经验者优先； 6.自驱力强，乐于学习，对NLP和大模型落地有热情，每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月以上。
