关于我们 Bambu Lab 是全球增长最快的桌面 3D 打印公司，正处于高速扩张期。随着业务规模快速增长，我们正在启动 SAP 系统的全面上线建设，这是公司数字化转型的核心工程之一。 岗位职责 深度参与 SAP 系统上线全过程，与外部实施供应商协同推进 MM/SD/PP 等模块的二次开发与定制化改造； 承接业务部门需求，独立完成需求分析、技术方案设计及 ABAP 程序开发（报表、增强、接口、数据迁移等）； 负责 SAP 与周边系统（MES、WMS 等）的集成接口开发与调试，保障系统间数据准确流转； 管控供应商交付质量，进行代码 Review、测试验收及上线保障； 建立并维护 SAP 开发规范与技术文档，支撑系统长期稳定运行。

必要条件 3 年以上 SAP ABAP 开发经验，具备独立开发能力，能从需求到上线全程交付； 熟练掌握 ABAP 核心开发技术：Report、Enhancement/BADI/BAPI、IDOC、接口开发等； 深入理解 MM（采购/库存）、SD（销售）、PP（生产计划）至少一个模块的业务流程； 有制造业 ERP 系统实施或开发经验； 具备与外部供应商协同开发的项目经验，能有效管控交付节点与质量。 加分项 有 SAP 从零上线（Greenfield 实施）经验； 了解 S/4HANA 数据结构及 Fiori 开发； 有硬件制造、消费电子行业背景优先。
